Summer days are here!
Summer has finally come to Scandinavia and to the Baltic countries. In Tallinn, Estonia the young bulldog girl Bessi (Wheelback's Beautiful Dream) has found a new friend in the park. - Oh my, how big and funny-looking this guy is, thinks Bessi.

But as Bessi finds out, the big guy is very calm and friendly. We molossians are very special dogs, aren't we? Bessi knows that she is a special girl, everybody loves her. Bessi looks much like her mom Patsy (FIN CH Wheelback's African Queen) and reminds her a lot otherwise, too. Her beautiful eyes and expression she has inherited from her grandma Bessie (FIN & EST & S CH Jewbull's American Pie).
In Finland little Dina (Wheelback's Big Spender) enjoys sunbathing on the bench in the balcony. This is where mom Patsy usually sits, but now Dina has conquered her place. Dina is a very sweet and playful girl, who reminds much her her father Roli (NORW & FIN CH Brampton Tug Tough). She has inherited almost everything else from him besides the colour of her coat.
And what about mom Patsy? She thinks that the summer heat is a little too much for a lady with such a figure as her's. Maybe it would be nicer to take a nap at home under the table, Patsy's special place where she likes to rest and no-one is allowed to disturb her during that time.
And grandma Bessie, she thinks that summer joys are not so much fun either. Why lie on the grass sunbathing? It is so much nicer to sit on the sofa watching one's favorite tv shows. Although she is a bit selective while watching tv. Nature programs are not a favorite of hers, and she doesn't like to watch any silly cartoons with moomin trolls, the favorite tv program of all Finnish children.
